  • Restoration, consolidation and preservation works on footings, columns and slabs using rolled steel, collaborating sheet metal slabs and reinforced concrete.

  • Restoration and replacement of traditional limestone plaster rendering in two colours. Restoration of cornicing, balustrades, imposts and balconies. Restoration and cleaning of granite skirting board.

  • Laminated gypsum board panelled suspended ceilings with galvanised metallic profiles. Moisture-resistant panels will be used in wet rooms.
  • Linear channel for LED strip lighting in lounges and curtain rods over all exterior frameworks.
  • Main bathrooms and lavatories with moisture-resistant continuous plasterboard suspended ceiling with shallow perimeter cornicing and channel to hide extractor grid.
  • Partitions between properties formed by a brickwork load-bearing wall with mineral wool acoustic insulation and double laminated gypsum board panels.
  • Interior partition walls of double laminated gypsum board with galvanised metallic profiles and acoustic insulation. Moisture-resistant panels will be used in wet rooms.

  • Outdoor window frames and balconies on historic façade using lacquered wood in two colours, white on the inside and grey on the outside, double-glazed with interior air-gap.
  • Courtyard window frames in lacquered aluminium with thermal break, double-glazed with interior air-gap and solar protection. Monoblock shutters formed by a compact PVC box and aluminium sheet slats.

  • Grade 3 armoured entrance door to the property in lacquered wood, reproducing the existing decorate features with a large spyhole in a classic design.
  • Interior doors in wood with light-coloured finish, complete with hidden hinges. Fittings in black.
  • Fitted wardrobes with hinged doors from floor to ceiling in corridors and with separate upper luggage storage cabinet in bedrooms; doors with hidden hinges in stainless-steel with integrated soft-closing mechanism and black handles. Fitted wardrobes include clothes rail and shelf, lined in textile material.

  • Lounges, bedrooms and distributor corridors with oak-finish laminate flooring. Skirting board lacquered in the same colour as interior joinery, 10 cm high.
  • Self-contained bathrooms or lavatories with 60 x 60 cm porcelain tile flooring, and bathrooms that open onto corridors with oak-finish laminate flooring.
  • Self-contained kitchens with porcelain tile flooring. Open-plan kitchens with island have oak-finish laminate flooring.

  • Main bathrooms with 60 x 60 cm porcelain tiles. Lavatories with 10 x 20 cm ceramic tiling.
  • Walls finished in high-quality smooth plastic paint with matt effect.

  • Vitrified porcelain toilets with hidden cistern.
  • Wall-hung basins.
  • Krion shower trays and tempered glass screen.
  • Main bathrooms with black taps. Lavatories with stainless steel taps.

  • Prefabricated jacuzzi on the roof built into the floor, consisting of an acrylic glass basin with automatic filtering and ozonator. Beach area on technological flooring.
  • Barbecue area with 60 X 60 cm anti-slip porcelain tiles and skirting board in the same material.
  • Single layer cladding for parapet and technological flooring panels on facility chimneys. Laminated glass modular safety barrier without handrail at a height of 110 cm.
